Cooking Method & Storage

Lo Mei Series (Marinated Goose Series)

The Best Way to Eat:
Directly open the platter, reheat the Lo Mei sauce (for dipping)

If you want to serve Hot:
Boil water in a pot. Once the water is boiled, put the Lo Mei platter inside the pot. Turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Leave the platter inside the pot for a few min and let it warm up.
DO NOT microwave / boil the lo mei under direct heat - as this will make the meat too dry and tough!

Storage Methods:
Put in a chill place. If you are eating it on the same day, NO need to put in fridge. It's the same as ordering from the store.
It can be stored in Refrigerator for up to 5 days and in Freezer for up to 3 weeks.
